The important thing is that you just keep at it.

even for people like me, I've been living in Japan for 11 years this summer,

and there are words that I encounter almost every day that I don't know.

It's okay not to know everything.

It's always going to be a work in progress.

But, it gets easier.

You know, learning a second language has opened my life up to plenty of new opportunities, plenty of interesting people,

and, Its taken me across the world.

and I'm sure, that If you keep it up, you'll see the same results.

 

중요한 것은 그냥 꾸준히 하는거예요.
저 같은 사람도, 저는 이번 여름을 기준으로 11년째 일본에서 살고 있는데요,
거의 매일 모르는 단어를 마주하고 있어요.
모든 걸 알지 않아도 괜찮아요.
언제나 미완성일 거예요.
그렇지만, 점점 더 쉬워질 거예요.
제 2언어를 배운 건 제 인생에 다양한 새로운 기회들과, 여러 흥미로운 사람들을 소개해줬고,
세상 곳곳을 갈 수 있도록 해주었어요.
